3 Bronze sculptures
Coigbâcete recou (50x28x24 cm), Aimõbucu (57x39x17) cm, Aicoabeeng (50x45x16 cm)

The Tupinamba were originally from Ubatuba. The Portuguese invaded and the Tupinamba who were not enslaved or killed fled far to the north of Brazil where some were enslaved and killed and a few survived.

The Atlantic Rainforest in Ubatuba suffered massive destruction, less than 10% exists.

These bronzes of fruits and seeds of the Atlantic Forest are an Abecedaire of Tupi, the language of the Tupinamba and no longer spoken in Ubatuba but which had defined a way to think and see the world precisely there and no where else.

Coigbâcete recou: translation of the title (a Tupi word): Strength, as we say, comes from the forest.
Aimõbucu: translation (a Tupi word): To linger in order to postpone as one wishes.
Aicoabeeng: translation (a Tupi word): To offer something to someone in friendship or as a good upbringing.
